Method
- In a large shallow dish, mix the marinade ingredients together. Add the steaks and coat well. Cover the dish with cling film and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat an oven.
- Heat a non stick frying pan to a high heat.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and seal for 1 minute on both sides.
- Place the sealed steaks onto a baking dish. Pour the remaining marinade into the frying pan and boil for 2 minutes, then pour over the steaks and place into a hot oven for 5 minutes for medium - rare, longer if you prefer them well done. Remove from the oven, cover with tinfoil and rest for 2 minutes.
- Arrange salad onto plates with the steaks, drizzle the cooking sauce over the top and serve with crusty bread.

For the marinade
- 150 ml Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce
- 2 Large garlic cloves crushed
- 1.5 inch Piece of ginger peeled and finely grated
- A pinch of dried chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Juice of 1 Lime
To serve
- Steamed rice with vegetables or baby salad leaves with fresh crusty bread
